Find another jeweler. I am a loyal customer and have spent thousands at thier company. My newest ring is one year and two month old (diamond stack ring) and the largest diamond on the bottom fell out. So small I couldn’t find it. There was no damage or reason- clearly this was a manufacture defect. The customer service was awful. Too so long to respond. We go back 10 years with this design house. Bought engagement and wedding ring and now that we're 10 years and 2 kids deep, bought more to stack on. Rosa was lovely to work with and very aware of when not to push and when to follow-up as it was a special order. Looking forward to making our 20 year purchase from the same house.
Could not be happier with our experience having my engagement ring made at Anna Sheffield! Emilie helped us through the process in sourcing our diamond and choosing our setting, and was kind, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. No pressure whatsoever and happy to work with us within our budget. Also got to meet Anna herself, who is so cool and unassuming, so much fun speaking to her. The finished ring is stunning.
