I went here May 2025 and was serviced by Nilda I didn’t have any issues , I came back a year later due to gaining trust and Nilda has moved back to the DR. So I took a chance with Susie. I never get deep conditioners from the Dominicans because they have a reputation of mixing lye in the conditioner. So for me it’s wash regular conditioner and straight to the chair. The quality is not the same as years past. The prices DO NOT match the work. New workers, new management probably. This salon doesn't stand out from the rest of the salons in the area. Not impressed with the techniques used nor the overall results. We will not return unless it's a last resort. The pricing is absolutely outrageous for a dry & stiff blowout, deep condition, & an uneven trim. It'll run you $95, more with the tip. Sharing this review for my sister. She came and got blow out and press for Easter and her hair was pulled and tugged using a comb. They had multiple people working on my head. After washing her at home her hair was fried with straight pieces everywhere and her curls completely destroyed and loose. I believe they used a texture release in her hair without permission! BEWARE of Anna’s Hair Salon Dominican Style if you care about your hair. Edited as response to owner that is fine.

I initially went to Anna's salon in Sept 2025. I was waiting for my braider to return to her shop and in route, she was in a car accident. It was a Monday afternoon. I panicked because I had a job interview the next day. I started searching for someone to just straighten my hair. I searched a 100 mile radius and found Anna's Dominican salon.
