Refused FMLA for mental health & migraines by this doctor . Requested 2 days a month for treatment, i.e therapy appointments to be covered & was denied as well as talked down to . This was after having multiple behavioral psychologists through this office quit or move to a different practice within a 2 year period due to their treatment with this office.
