Stay away from this office. I injured both knees and could barely walk. Dr. Anna Rozman’s office told me I needed an MRI and said they’d notify me as soon as insurance authorized it. They never did. After two weeks of waiting, I contacted my insurance myself and found out the MRI had been approved the same day it was requested. I then completed the MRI. Dr. Rozman is one of those rare doctors who combines deep medical knowledge with true compassion. She listens, cares, and follows through with incredible diligence. She has helped both me and my husband on separate occasions, and each time we’ve experienced not only clinical expertise but genuine support. We’re very grateful for her.
Dr. seemed burned out and condescending and the appt felt rushed. Consistently disorganized office with long waits (~1 hour) and disengaged staff (Faith seems to not be forwarding messages related to pain management/treatment or otherwise losing track of them, and follow-ups became excessive)
Before seeing Dr Rozman I had a bit of swollen knee round about the knee causing pain on my knee especially when I walk which caused me to limp. Found out it was a bakers cyst. After removal, swelling began to go away then added some physical therapy afterwards to strengthen the knee and now I can walk and move without any pain. The cyst removal was I believe 15 minutes to 20 minutes more or less.
