I took my mom to Prosperity Dental Group in Lake Park, Florida to see Dr. Anna Royzman. They pretend to be nice and then they charged my mom for stuff she didn't need and they charged her insurance for procedures they did not do. I think that's insurance fraud. Then I took my mom to other dentists to get 2nd and 3rd opinions. They all said she did not need the expensive procedures that Dr. Royzman told her she had to have. I am a senior citizen and I will never go back to Dr. Anna Royzman. She pretends to be nice, then she over diagnosed me. Then if that was not enough she and her staff at prosperity dental group charged my insurance for procedures I never received. She is dishonest and walks around her office with no shoes on. That's unsanitary, unacceptable, and unprofessional. I was shocked

I will never return to this office because I got a crown and they billed me for a bunch of other stuff they never did. They seem nice but are very deceptive. I think they saw me as an opportunity to take advantage of a senior citizen. They should be ashamed of themselves because most seniors are living on a budget.
