First time I had a Tele visit with my doctor and it went very well. Anytime you get a good report, the visit goes well. My doctor is awesome.
This review does not apply to Dr.Perrone, its for Isaac Ampofo, APRN. However, she should really consider getting someone different to help at this practice. I am writing this on behalf of my mother who does not speak/write well enough English to write this herself. I made a sick visit appointment for my mom on 2/19/26. In short, she was taken back where the medical assistant did vital signs, and all she attempted to say that her cough was really bad and "wanted strong cough medicine" That’s all she wanted.
