I truly felt CARED for…as a patient and even more so as a person‼️
Very unprofessional I’ve been trying to make appointments for months they cancel your appointments without acknowledgment…they tell you they are going to put your perceptions in and they don’t just to give you some made up protocol they the other nurses seem to not know
Check in and check out was smooth, wait time to see the doctor was minimal.
Dr. A. Thottan was very caring and came in with a plan for my diabetic health. I was very depressed and having anxiety after the last Dr. was not hopeful and dropped me from her treatment. Dr. Thottan was extremely positive and raised my spirits as she reviewd my chart and talked to me. She was not arrogant at all. I look forward to working with her to control my diabetes. Thank you Dr. Thottan
