I don’t enjoy giving reviews or changing reviews after good reviews but unfortunately doctors do change. Dr. Plunkett was great doctor till this 2025. I get a call from Kaiser that she was gonna be late to our appointment due to a personal issue which is fine I was told 15-20 minutes which wasn’t bad. She was over an hour late to our phone call which was incredibly unprofessional. She then didn’t have the same spark and wanted to do anything. Incredibly smooth appointment. Was seen exactly at my appointment time and everything proceeded in a timely manner. The nurse was very friendly and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Plunkett. She was very thorough, caring, professional, and knowledgeable and I did not feel like she was trying to rush through the appointment at all. Wonderful experience overall, from start to finish.
This was my first visit with Dr. Plunkett. She immediately diagnosed my problem and listened to my needs regarding how to treat it. She suggested conservative methods of treatment which is just what I wanted. She was professional yet very personable and in tune to what would work for me. An excellent practitioner!
I went in for a routine physical today and my Doctor made me feel very comfortable, cared for and all of my questions were answered.
