I won't be going to her practice ever again and if I could post without any stars I would I don't recommend this practice at all
I was very skeptical about seeing Ms. Tran because of the reviews but I am happy with the care I receive from her. I walked into her office a new patient with all kinds of issues needing attention and I immediately bombarded her with everything. Ms. Tran is a "one thing at a time" type of doctor, it seems like she's not listening but that is not the case. Ms. Tran likes to do 1 thing at a time and focus on 1 issue at a time. Been seeing Dr Anna Tran for a couple months now. I'm preparing for a hip replacement, but she finds every reason for another test which delays test results for surgeon. We've had to reschedule my surgery date because of this. First, it's my blood work, then my blood pressure and last..EKG. I've seen a cardiologist who found nothing wrong and cleared me for surgery. Nurse Practitioner found my numbers normal. I've got another surgery date set and I'm fighting with her and her staff! She's obsessed with my numbers! I'm in alo... read more
If I could give ZERO stars, that still wouldn’t be enough to describe the level of disgust for this so called doctor. Today my wife literally left her appointment in tears because of how rude, unprofessional, uninterested, and uninformed she was. My wife have had multiple visits with Anna and each time it’s like the first time. And judging from other reviews, it’s clear that she doesn’t even try to build a relationship with her patients. Believe the reviews you’re reading and search for better care.
