My grandmother was recently hospitalized so we called her primary care, Anna, to get support on managing her medication. The front staff was rude and basically told me it wasn’t the job of the primary care? So we had to hire an external medical advocate to go appointments with her where then Anna was extremely rude, curt and didn’t acknowledge her. Poor manners, poor doctoring. It’s so sad that the elderly have to go through so much to get decent healthcare. Shame

I have been a patient of Age Well for several years. They have treated me with compassion and skill taking time to listen and address my concerns. All of the staff are welcoming and responsive.
