Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. The young technician who did my nails severely over filed them, completely ruining the health of my natural nails, which I had been growing out for months. Within just 8 hours, two of my nails broke at the bed, painful and incredibly frustrating, and three others have since cracked at the corners due to how flimsy and weak they were left after being over filed. I’m heartbroken over the damage, and it will take weeks, if not months, to get them back to where they were.

I am so disappointed with the work Amy did. I have never had a set look like this, every single nail is horrible. I would like either a full refund or some one to please fix my nails this is absolutely unacceptable for a customer who has been ongoing here consistently.

I am beyond disappointed in this place. I used to live in the area and came here often, I recently moved back and decided to go in for a full set. I was charged $100 for the worst set I have ever received in my life. Every nail is a different shape, I’ve only had them for a few days and they are all lifting. When I run my hand threw my hair they get horribly caught. I don’t mind paying that much for nails but I do mind getting such horrendous results.
