Anna is very rude. Makes you feel like you put her out to be there. Uncomfortable experience. Won’t be going back.
Worst experience…the lady was trying to convince me to pay more for a service i did not want, used the grinder on my cuticles, and this is my nail less than 24hours after getting them done. I asked for a simple french tip and it took 2 ladies to attempt it…it was done extremely poorly, painful & then up-charged me. The “shellac” didnt even last a day. Normally so good with waxing not sure if it was a different girl but got a good mark from her waxing my face
Love it here, even if it super busy Anne will get you seated and soaking no matter what, great, friendly service. My go to place to sit back relax and get my nail done.
