I had a very disappointing experience today at Anna Nails with Anna as my technician. I asked multiple times for short almond-shaped nails, but instead I was given long, pointed nails that were not what I requested. I also wasn’t given the chance to choose a color, and the whole process felt rushed and dismissive—my hands were even handled roughly. Amazing service and the experience they have in perfecting the Gel-x extension is so great. Highly recommend. My gel nails last forever! Usually I get a fill 3-4 weeks. Once I had them for over a month no breakage or damage to the nails. They really take there time.
