Words don't suffice for the impact Anna has had on my life. After struggling to connect with someone and have someone truly listen, Anna’s warm and empathic therapeutic style helped guide me out of places and situations I thought I would never be able to. Anna goes above and beyond for her clients, I can’t recommend her enough.
As a male, seeing a therapist is quite stigmatised and for me taking that first step was extremely difficult. Anna seriously helped change my life, this year has been a total backflip for me in discovering factors of my behaviour and how to be conscious of them and just generally be better. Thank you Anna! If you’re reading this and considering seeing a psychologist, please just do it. You will thank yourself later.
