I absolutely love Dr. McCall and her staff. She is diligent, kind and really takes the time to make you feel like you are the only patient she has while in the room with her. She takes the time to explain every detail of your care. She even looks up more affordable options of medication while in the room. My old doctor retired and I was very hesitant to try a new doctor that took over my retired doctors patients. Well, under her care. I am healthier than I’ve ever been. I visited Dr. McCall’s office a year ago for an annual check-up. I was uncertain whether I had scheduled my next appointment, so I repeatedly called the office, but received no response. I occasionally exercise at the LA Fitness in BTC, so I decided to visit the office one day, but no one answered the door. I returned a few days later, and the same outcome occurred.
