Property was fine for our stay. Location excellent. Service from vacasa when something goes wrong? No way to get a person, no solution, and very frustrating. I would not rent from this management company again
I am writing as a home owner on Anna Maria Island for over 13 years. Anna Maria is a wonderful residential community (even if not as residential as it use to be). I love Anna Maria. I am giving the rental property management company of Vacasa a 1 star. This particular property management company which operates a home next door to my residential property, is extremely unresponsive to residential property owners requests for any response to a complaint regarding their property management. Upon arriving at our rental near Pine Avenue at 10 pm, we saw bugs in kitchen, on and in furniture. Called Vacasa, spoke with answering service (very kind). She took all information, asked for email with pictures, responded that she recieved email and pics. She contacted local agent while I was on hold. No reply from agent. She then put through a ticket to Vacasa and assured us that someone would get back to us that night with alternative sleeping accomodations. No call back. Great location right on the beach. Pet friendly, central location. Very clean and ready for early check in. We will be back!
They cancelled our reservation the day before we arrived on spring break with our family of five, could not help find another location so we're completely stuck. Unhelpful, would not recommend. Booked through VRBO.
