Our visit at Sun Daze was a wonderful experience and had everything a family of 4 would need - after a long commute to the island the home was clean and ready when we arrived. Check in was easy, the pool was clean/enjoyable and the home was just a short walk down the street where there was private beach access. I contacted maintenance regarding what i thought was a lighting issue (turning lights off) and they responded very quickly - turned out this unit has 3 globe like skylights installed that look exactly like normal ligh... read more

Anna Maria Island Accomodations were wonderful. The accommodations were fantastic and the AMI staff were very attentive and helpful. Excellent rental company. Highly recommend.
Amazing stay at 308 A! First time I have never had to clean something upon arrival! That was a HUGE Win for me!! House was beautiful and well stocked with everything needed. Beds were all comfortable with mattress covers! The outdoor area was wonderful. Our teenagers loved the outdoor extras. Ugly Grouper restaurant, ice cream, pizza, and shops are with in a short walking distance. There was a short easy walk to the beach. The beach wagon and chairs were a nice surprise! This was a lovely property with a great pool. Close proximity to the beach and Pine street. Lots of shopping and eateries within walking distance. Note that during the hottest part of the day, the pool is full sun; shadier in the am and evening. A few more umbrellas out on the deck would've been nice. We did buy more toiletries than usual including dish soap, Lysol wipes and hand soaps for the bathrooms and kitchen.
