Would leave 0 stars if I could. My mom is a patient of hers and has been in and out of a hospital for a few months now and is unable to drive. So first thing, I give her rides and my work wanted some fmla paperwork filled out(simple standard procedure for job security and every clinic knows how to fill them out), well it took 4 visits to get this finally filled out, the first time they said it was ready and absolutely nothing was filled out on their end.
