I enjoyed Dr. Korkis as a physician, however her administrative staff has extremely poor and unprofessional customer service. They called me threatening to sue me for a past due balance I was not aware of. I paid the copay at the time of visit and never received any additional bills in the mail. I never received a phone call from the office. They have no online portal to review bills. Dr. Korkis is a fantastic physician, she has kept me well informed with proactive measures and sound doctor advice while being jovial and welcoming throughout my patient visits. Her staff have also been friendly and highly professional throughout my visits. I've been a patient of hers for about 5 years and will continue to return to her office for care.

I would absolutely recommend Dr Korkis! She’s been amazing with my family and I’s care, and she always takes the time to answer my questions. It also helps that there’s a phlebotomist on site, so you can get your labs done right there!

I strongly advise against seeing Dr. Korkis. My family was given incorrect information by her administrative staff, which caused significant and unnecessary stress for my elderly mother. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of accountability for the misinformation and the unprofessional manner in which it was handled. Given this experience, we won’t be returning. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
