I never had to wait in the exam room more than 5 or 10 minutes but this time I waited a full 40 minutes! Disappointed. I was getting ready to walk out when Dr. Stratton came in. No explanation. I will not wait that long again. She does have a fantastic male nurse, Dustin! He is professional, personable, with a great sense of compassion, and a little humor mixed in. A great combination for his type of work.
Dr. Lopez-Stratton is very attentive. She listened to all my history and concerns, and she never seemed disconnected or bored. She dictated info for my chart with me in the room to make sure she understood everything and had the story correct. She instructed me to correct anything she may have misunderstood or wasn’t clear. She has so much compassionate care for her patients that she does what it takes to have them return in a short amount of time, even though her schedule is fully booked.
