Told me I would pay $253 every month and when the month came and they charged me $500 I got in contact with a sales representative and she told me she would fix it and refund me the remaining back after she NEVER did she stopped answering my messages.

I spoke to agent YASMINE on 4/18/24 at the Toyota of San Bernardino location (650 Auto Center Dr San Bernardino Ca 92408) around 0945am in regards to an unauthorized payment for $651.54 and how I wanted a refund, She was very VERY Rude, smart mouth, she didn't allow me to speak, she over talked me the entire time, and I explained to her I did not get any notification of this payment, not in my mailbox or in my email, she argued with me that it was sent out, but I did not receive anything.
