She didn’t make any excuses for this doctors actions but stated this is not the practices way of dealing with children. Brought my 5 year old daughter here a few weeks ago for a cleaning, X-rays and to address some pain in 2 of her teeth. The lady who performed her cleaning was wonderful. Explained everything to my daughter before putting anything in her mouth. Very kind and my daughter loved her. After the cleaning and X-rays were done they determined she needed a root canal. They gave her Nitrous as well as a numbing shot prior to starting. My daughter did not respond to either and when the doctor started drilling she started screaming beca... read more
Our visit today was disappointing and frustrating. For the second time in less than a year we show up for an appointment expecting to see our dentist, instead there is a new dentist again. No heads up or anything. So our kids have had 3 dentist in less than a year at the same location, because two left the practice and the staff didn't notify us any of the times that it would be a different dentist. I cannot recommend Anna Kids Dentistry enough! This was our first time here and from the moment we walked in, I was impressed with how welcoming and professional the entire team was. The assistant Becca, The assistant Nikki and Dr. Singh went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed. I have 6 kiddos and this is by far the best, sweetest, cleanest dental office. The dentist, and the entire staff has worked with me so well and some bumps in the road (all my fault). Highly recommend and my kiddos all feel safe and happy here!
