Everything was fine until there were coding issues on bloodwork and I received a bill for $360. There was no "medical necessity" so insurance didn't pay for two tests. I was told that an appeal with proper coding would solve the problem-Quest reached out to the doctor at the time of insurance submission and received no response from her office, so I received the bill. Dr. Kagan is a phenomenal physician. She spends time with her patients. She listens to her patients. She treats the illness as well as the patient. What works for one patient, may not work for someone else. Dr. Kagan treats the individual. I highly recommend Dr. Kagan.
