I am very disappointed with Dr. Anna James. Despite seeing a few new patients, I have been unable to get an appointment, leaving my health issues unmanaged. It feels unfair and concerning that continuity of care is not being prioritized, especially for existing patients who rely on their doctor. I hope the office considers the impact on current patients when making these decisions.
I’ve seen Dr James for many years and she’s by far the most trusted physical I’ve had in life. Outstanding bedside manner, genuinely cares for folks under her care. I am really grateful to have her keeping an eye on me.
