My grandma and grandpa both went here. They both enjoyed their time very much. I’ve spent a lot of time here and have always been impressed and happy my grandparents have been so comfortable. They always have plenty of activities, which my grandma surely loved!
The Anna house is not a good place they let a person just sit and a person sit there and she said she needs to go to the bathroom and she sat there for three hours they don't come in to check on a person at all it is a bad place don't send your family there
I will start by saying they deserve zero stars. My mother in law was sent there for rehab. They were disrespectful to my whole family. The place was dirty and felt like old people were sent here to die. After 12 hours in this place, they never checked her vitals, no water or ice was given and she had shortness of breath. She was told to take deep breaths. Needless to say we went and got her after she said she felt unsafe. Do not leave your elderly parents here.
