I don't care how good their "arrangements" are. I ordered something for same day delivery (which took me like half an hour to arrange). I clicked check out, but it said they couldn't deliver to 60660, even though that's like not even a mile away from their location. They shouldn't offer a service if they cannot follow through. It wasted a lot of my time and lost them a significant sale. UPDATE: I just ordered from Roger's Park Florist (FURTHER away from the delivery address) with no problems.
Aaron went above & beyond for a flower delivery where a lot of situations out of his control made things difficult. So kind & the flowers are beautiful!
I had a wonderful experience working with Beth from Anna Held Floral Studio! She was easy to work with, quick with communication, and had a great eye for presentation. I told her that I needed colorful flowers and a mix of bud vases to large arrangements for an anniversary party. She took that and created something beautiful that brought our venue to life.
