Dr. Helh-Bisson is always very thoughtful and listens to my concerns and always making sure I know my options and what my treatment plan is. She is one of the most thoughtful and thorough doctor's I have ever had.

Long wait for doctor...doctor came in and seemed like she was in a hurry tried rushing me out the door...didn't listen to my concerns...i came in and could barely walk with a swollen ankle and knee and painful back. I couldn't even sit on the examining table had to sit in a chair because my back pain was so severe. I went to the emergency room after i left her office. she wrote xrays and didnt sign them and wouldst cooperate with durable medical equipment to get my cane approved thru insurance

I love doctor hehl she is the best doctor I've ever had. The front staff needs work. They have scheduled my appointments for the wrong day three different times now and have filled the rest of the appointments for the day so I couldn't get seen. I am severely sick with some chest cold and the lady said there was nothing she could do she already filled everything. That is so rude and unprofessional it makes me think about switching my PCP.

Doctor won't prescribe pain medication for chronic back pain after two back reconstruction surgeries. Doctor won't write referral to see a specialist even though surgery is warranted and necessary.
