The doctor was actually great, the issue is that we were charged over $1000 for tests that in the past were previously covered by copay. This was not the total issue. Also, we on our way to the second doctors visit to explain the test results and setup a plan and our appointment was cancelled without us ever being notified. I then just tried to make appointment many months later and I was informed that it would be 6 months before we could come in for our followup appointment. The doctor is great, we had an excellent first appointment with her, but the office is so disorganized. Our second appointment has been pushed off twice for "unexpected meetings" that came up in her schedule. Still waiting on it to actually happen, despite it having been originally meant for 6 weeks ago. This same issue happened with the first appointment. Maybe it's just what the field of pediatric allergy is like.
