Dr. Grosz is amazing. I came for a biospy and left with a diagnosis that she delivered with honesty and transparency. She did everything right and I would recommend her to anyone in need of an ENT. I am in a great place with treatment because of her expertise and strategic recommendations.
I have never seen a worse doctor than her. Her arrogant demeanor and total lack of knowledge in her specialty of ENT! She destroyed my ear, gave me the wrong advice about medicines and what else can I list! She is to be avoided and I don't understand how it is possible that Kaiser Permanente has such a doctor!
Very condescending, interrupted me multiple times, didn't trust that I know my own body, didn't truly listen to what I said, wrote the OPPOSITE of what I said was my concern on my visit summary, accused me of exaggerating, basically treated me like I was a scared little woman with hysteria who could be healed with the phrase 'i see nothing dangerous'. I love when doctors are so personal and professional!
Dr Grosz should not be performing surgeries!! My son went in to have a frenectomy on Monday. They couldn't even get an IV in after 6 attempts, (he's never had an issue getting an iv until this) couldn't give straight information, and then didn't even release the tongue enough so after all of the trauma they put my 14 year old son through he may have to have it done a second time. I've never experienced anything so unprofessional in my life!!
