I was very happy with my visit today.
Dr. DeSaix was personable, took the time to examine me, discuss treatment options and answer my questions--even when I was probably repeating myself, to make sure I understood everything correctly. After a bad experience with another orthopedic surgeon, at a different practice (who didn't even touch my toe, then misdiagnosed me and had the most discomfiting manner), I'm glad I pursued a second opinion with Dr. DeSaix. Emerge Ortho provided top notch care from the front desk to X-ray to clinical diagnosis and treatment plan by Dr DeSaix who was totally awesome

The provider was rude throughout our visit.she first kicked me out of my chair so she could use it to type notes. I was not offered another chair so I had to stand throughout my daughter’s visit. She stated that we were not putting her in the correct shoes, that the insert we were prescribed by a PT and given by Fleet Feet was wrong and would not help her.
