After receiving a photo enforced traffic ticket from Garden Grove, I received a letter from Anna, which stated she could have the ticket dismissed. The vehicle is registered to a company and apparently these are often dismissed. I got lucky. She had it dismissed, saving me over $500. I sent her a tip. Thanks Anna!
