Sorry for the 1 star. I am incredibly disappointed to leave a one-star review, especially after being a LOYAL client for over 10 years! I drove over an hour for a Saturday morning appointment, only to be left in the waiting area for an HOUR. Because (Anna) was running behind I ultimately had to leave. What huts the msot is the complete lack of communication-No Apology, No Phone Call, and no follow-up. I thought we had built a strong relationship over the past decade but was I WRONG! Anna is the best!! I drive almost 30 miles just to see Anna! I don't trust anyone else to touch my hair except Anna. She goes above and beyond for her clients. To me she's like family.
