Appointments being moved and no one calls to let you know. I’ve been suffering a long time. My 1st appointment was in October. Had to be moved the doctor out of office that day. 2nd appointment Feb. 17. Only way I found out it had been changed was going into the patient portal. So I call and was told that doctor doesn’t do 1:00 appointments anymore so they put me at next available APRIL 29th. Called the business office was told they would see what they could do and call me back. Never got a call back.
I called Harbin Clinic for medical records and they texted me a link to request them. The process was simple and the site was very easy to understand.
Ins fraud where doctors are saying I received services I NEVER received. Coding wrong and not applying secondary ins. Harbin is a JOKE. Enjoy sick care
