I've been trying to call and make an appointment for two weeks. NO ONE ever picks up the phone. I even checked to see if the number is accurate with my insurance. Why would anyone want a doc that only has ONE phone line??
Blown away by the unprofessionalism of Dr. Anna and her receptionist Anne. I called today requesting my medical records and was told that I would need to pay a $50 fee. When I tried informing Anne about why I needed my records, I was told to leave a message (even though I was on the phone with her). Before Anne hung up on me she told me to call back because it’s Friday night. I would only recommend this office to someone who’s looking to get horrible customer service.
This doctor brought up extremely insensitive topics surrounding my looks and culture during my visit. She did not in any way seem knowledgeable about my concerns and behaved in a deeply unprofessional manner throughout. I left the office very anxious, despondent, hopeless, and exhausted. I would definitely recommend not going to or relying on this doctor.
I typically don't take the time to write negative reviews. I understand that people have off days, I understand that we're struggling through a pandemic, and it is never my goal to hurt someone in any way. However, I firmly believe that Dr. Liu is not to be trusted with the lives of other human beings. I've had three experiences with her now - one visit, two phone calls. Dr. Liu was very professional and thorough. She was very inquisitive. The Dr. even called me in the evening to check on me.
I always feel better after visiting Dr. Liu. She is attentive, caring and answers all your concern patiently!
Highly recommended. Compassionate, knowledgeable and patiently answers all your questions. Couldn't have asked for a better family doctor.
