I had an unfortunate accident and ended up in the MedStar ER. They were slammed; so busy that the hospital was rerouting ambulances to other nearby facilities. Thankfully, I was accepted and so grateful that Dr. Ansaldo was on duty because she was an absolute godsend. I needed 21stitches in my face, to close several jagged gashes, and Dr. Ansaldo did a fantastic job. She made sure I was comfortable and explained in detail everything she was doing.
