Great service by all staff, Doctor has got to my unknown complaint by perseverance
Started as a patient back in 1996 and stopped going around 2011 when I left the local area. Called up today, 22/07/2025 to hopefully track down some missing immunisation records and even with my contact details being 14 years out of date, the lovely receptionist was able to quickly locate my records and email them to me at no cost! Exceptional service thank you 🙏🏻
Have wasted so much of my time, give you a time for an appointment, by the time u get confirmation it's a different time, can wait over an hour for your appointment after scheduled time. Practice manager asked if I wanted to see a male or female and after saying female booked me with male. The communication is so bad, the are not apologetic at all. Great medical centre with great service.
I have recently moved back to Anna Bay, so I had to find a new local doctor so booked into Anna Bay Medical center and saw Dr Fady Morkos and will now make him my new doctor as he was patient, took time to explain things to me and is extremely thorough. The staff were friendly and amazing, from booking me in to handling all the paperwork to make the transition.
