Avoid this place at all costs. The self-service bays charge $1 for a pathetic 45 seconds—completely ridiculous and a total rip-off. I tried using the drive-through automatic wash, and it took my money without even starting the wash. When I confronted an old guy working there, he promised a refund that never came. Had to pay twice. This place is a joke—overpriced, unreliable, and absolutely zero customer care. Don’t waste your time or money on Anna Bay Carwash. They’ll take your cash and leave you high and dry.

Auto Car wash was only just operating had only one wash type available very disappointed in the results as the wash left a residual soap stain on the windows and panels

Was ripping off allot of people today. the control boxes on all of the booths took payment then randomly reset themselves losing all the pre-paid time. I ended up with a van covered in soap with no way to wash it off. Contact phone number was diverting straight to message bank. I personally saw this happen to 5 people. Do the right thing and refund all the money taken today! Allot of people left very annoyed! Edit, Owner was good as his word and credited back the payment. Ça n’a juste rien nettoyé, la brosse c’est une catastrophe, toute molle, elle ne brosse et nettoie rien. La pluie nettoie tout autant, c’est décevant.
