I had a wonderful experience at Anna Be, specifically with Julia. I felt her opinions were genuine and I never felt like anything was forced or pressured. She was very responsive over phone, text, email and squeezed me in for some last second appointments. She was always open to wait for me to get off work for appointments (even if it was close to closing time) and was always transparent about pricing. I had the most incredible experience with Anna Bé! It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and from the moment I booked my appointment, Delainey went above and beyond to make me feel special, comfortable, and understood. Felt like shopping at Macy's. Wasn't even offered water,had to ask for it... Have had better service, including prosseco, and more friendly engagement/interactions from sellers at Bloomingdale's or Neimans. Service wasn't bad, but the experience was so mediocre for what is supposed to be such a big deal for a bride that id recommend checking out anywhere else first.
