I had a wonderful experience at anna bé! Generally speaking their dresses are out of my budget but I went during a sample sale and found a beautiful dress in my size in great condition and got it for the fraction of the original price! Even if I hadn't found "the one" it still would have been a great experience. Olivia was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable - she made the appointment fun and easy. I went by myself but she felt like a friend cheering me on and making sure we got lots of good pictures and videos.
I am not one to leave a review, like ever. Unless it’s the worst place i’ve been to or the best. Anna Bè falls under that “worst” category. I would NOT recommend going here if you want to feel special and like you have someone who is by your side helping you find your dream dress. It started from the moment we had our first phone call. Short with me on the phone, didn’t seem to care what I had to say. My matron of honor had booked this appointment for me, and put in a random budget for me without consoling me. Julia was beyond amazing. She was such a hype woman-kind, supportive, and truly guided me through the dresses without ever making me feel pressured. I found my dress! I had the most perfect day and experience here, thanks to Julia.
I had a wonderful experience at Anna Be. Delainey was truly lovely -- she is kind, knowledgeable and always made sure I was comfortable. The process was seamless and I really appreciated that she was there for all 3 of my appointments (initial try on, came back for a second try on of my favorite dress & dress pick up). Don’t go here if you want to feel special and like you’ve got someone on your team to help you find your dress. First of all, the dresses were filthy, tattered, and the staff didn’t carry them around with care. It was extremely distracting to see all the dirt, makeup, tattered fabric, and mystery stains.
