Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Makes patient feel at ease and comfortable. Dr Anna Atencio is a kind of doctor patients would love to keep.
Absolutely LOVE Dr. Atencio. She truly cares about her patients and I always feel heard and welcomed.
Horrible customer service at front desk. Very rude and no compassion over speaking to elderly people. I was assisting an elderly lady on a call and they would not see her cause she owed a copay from 2019. I say if you dont like what you do dont work there. thats what it seems with front desk.
Have been trying to speak to someone and the one time they answered they placed me on hold. Front people need training we’re patients there and pay for services I expect great service.
