This was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a medical office. From the start, getting a simple callback to schedule an appointment felt nearly impossible. After finally reaching someone, I was given an appointment that was two months out, which is unacceptable for a practice that claims to serve patients efficiently.
