Went into the store on Thursday 10/5 after they opened to return a dress and pick up an online order AFTER I received an email indicating the order was ready. I was astounded at how they treated me. The dress i needed to exchange was Stained when I purchased it. I had a note from the manager on duty indicating the item was stained at purchase AND could be exchanged. Had great service! The ladies that were on the closing shift on 9/26...fantastic!!
Terrible service, poor customer experience. I was trying to complete a return with a receipt the original tag and yet they still gave me a lot of trouble they said that I had worn the outfit and I had not I had only tried it on. Then they had issues with their credit card machine and said that I would only be eligible for store credit when I have the original receipt and had only purchased the item two weeks prior.
