The tough Biker wannabe woman that you 1st deal with is SO RUDE. We went somewhere else to do business. Fire her!!!!
Front end staff is rude.
not open!! Only open Monday 9-5 every other day is closed!!! Not worth the trip through London traffic
Storage facility has limited hours of access (not 24/7). Front desk staff/manager is extraordinarily rude. There are better storage facilities all across the city.
