Ann is the absolute best!
After a lifetime in the wine business, I threw out my back more times than I could count. After retirement, all that abuse finally caught up me. Fortunately, I was referred to Ann and after only three sessions I started to unwind decades a bad habits. I’ve had to adjust my rearview mirror upward while driving, and hiking has returned to being the joy it was 55 years ago. Having correct posture has improved my attitude and my life!
I’ve had the privilege of working with Ann since 2015 after I injured an ankle and needed to rehab. Now that I am a few years older and my body has felt its ear. And helps keep me strong, stable and upright.
