Ann Sabine is a superb Pilates Teacher. She is particularly skilled at recognizing movement patterns and making her clients feel at ease. As a seasoned Pilates professional myself, I love taking Pilates from her. Another one of her strengths is understanding the connection between Physical Therapy and Pilates. She works very well with others and can seamlessly integrate what your physical therapist has given you, offering Pilates to take you to the next level of wellness.

Finding Ann Sabine Pilates has been life changing for me. I did not realize how restricted my life was because of my mobility. She has improved my movements dramatically. I can garden and get off the ground much easier. I can walk and stand on hills and uneven terrains. And it has only been two months!! I am excited for the physical, strength and balance improvements that lie ahead!! I had no idea how much I needed this.

Ann is a gifted pilates teacher. I've worked with several different teachers over the years and I've never met anyone as knowledgable or intuitive about the body and what's needed for optimum movement and use of the correct muscles for strength. I've been working on the reformer with Ann for about 3 months, 2x week and have never felt stronger. I love our sessions because she's always fun and very encouraging. I always leave our sessions feeling stronger and more inspired.
