Worst nail experience I have ever had thus far. It took her 50 minutes for a full new set of acrylics. Normally when I ask for that service it takes a minimum of 1.5 hours and I leave feeling satisfied. However, I felt since the service was quick, I’d consider coming back. After leaving and examining my nails, many nails were crooked, bubbling, and the colour was completely off from what I asked for, which was black. Worst service I have ever had... the work tables - tools - equipment all needs a deep clean and sanitize... the lady was the roughest and in a rush for no reason.....I almost left 4 times. I now have nerve pain from her burning through to my nail bed and there's bubbles throughout the shellac. 2 workers blaring there phone volume and way to dirty everywhere Picked a colour and she didnt like it..... was I supposed to consult her? Place is filthy. Person who did my nails was extremely rough as a manicure should not be painful. She actually split my thumb nail half way up. For what they charge I would expect more.
