State Farm mishandled my claim and agent’s office did very little to assist in the process. State Farm required me to use their repair services for repair to the car. The services were very far from my residence. Worse yet, it appears they failed to fix my car. State Farm is all commercials and marketing. They don’t actually live up to their word.
