The worst and snottiest staff of any office I’ve ever been too. Uneducated employees.
My dog died from being boarded here for a week. We missed a call from the animal hospital during our trip but when we returned their call, no one knew why we received a call and it might have been an error on their end. The morning my husband went to pick the dogs up, I had a voicemail from Dr. Jordan saying that both my dogs were “doing ok” but had developed some issues with GI upset that day so they wanted to send them home with medication. Very unhappy with this place. If you call you're placed on hold indefinitely. Seems they try to up sell and your pet is taken in the back where you won't know what took place.
