My daughter recently went to Kalanda hair for a cut and blow wave and had an awful experience. The hairdresser rushed the hair cut and cut it way shorter than what my daughter told her to (showed her a photo of the length she wanted and physically showed her with her hand repeatedly the length to cut it to) Instead of being shoulder length with curtain bangs it sits just below her jaw and the curtain bangs and layers are extremely uneven. The staff at Kalanda Hair look after their clients. They are friendly, knowledgeable, listen to the needs of the client and always offer good advice for the the care of the hair. I am a long term client who would not go anywhere else.
