I do not recommend her. In 2019, I hired her to help me me make an offer on a house in Hillsborough. I told her what elements I needed in the letter and she didn't do it. I essentially had to research what to include, how to write, and wrote the whole letter myself, and forwarded it to her. She simply copied and pasted what I wrote. She also was not easy to get ahold of and not very communicative.
Ann Marie took care of me. She is caring and compassionate - and gets the job done. Every business contact she put me in touch with throughout my work with her was just as professional and caring. I highly recommend working with her.
