Our family (husband, wife, 3 children - now adults) has been with her for 18+ yrs. Office staff changed when she joined UH, I think she has little control of who is hired, this office is managed by UH. Satisfied with her care. She refers you to a specialist appropriately but takes care of your routine health, preventative care, and common illnesses. Routine visits take about 3 - 6 weeks to schedule, depending on your availability, but you can get in same day or next day if ill. She has always been pleasant at office visits a... read more
The doctor is GREAT. Her office manager of many years has done her no good service. She replaced all the help that did a good job. The new people are very rude. Please beware of this office.
I leave the office feeling like nothing was helpful. Always thinking I will look for another primary. She is a very week doctor does not listen to concerns, then blames other doctor's for things she is supposed to be handling
Very poor communication from the Dr. Went in for one thing and she focused on something else and billed me for it without even telling me. Talk about confusing when i got the bill. Expressed concern about the lack of communication about my health and a week later i got a letter dropping me as a patient. This was only my second appointment with her. First one i waited an hour and a half in the lobby. Uneasy feeling in both appointments so i gave it a try. Oh well.
Dr. Stuart was a great listener, she is kind, confident, yet gentle. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Stuart's office repeatedly had me come in for blood draws for thyroid medication in spite of being normal on my dosage. When I informed them I was going to loose my insurance in 30 days and wanted to be seen prior to this happening they told me that she said she did not want to see me until a later time. The lack of caring for people and the interest in money collection is disgusting and disappointing. I will never recommend her to anyone.
The receptionist was rude when I tried to reschedule an appointment, And was supposably told to not let me reschedule after missing my first ever appointment there. I didn't realize they don't do reminder calls like some offices.
Everytime I've had an appointment, I leave the office feeling like nothing was helpful. Always thinking I will look for another primary. She is a very nice person, but you always feel her disinterest. Never feel like she is really listening, or has solution to a few concerns I've had. I don't mean I want a doc who holds my hand and talks for hours to me. No, just one who is vested in a patient. A month ago, when she and her staff blew off my daughter and said i didn't TRUST her opinion. DONE
This Doctor it awful DOES NOT LISTEN to you.
