Saw Dr. Ricks after she took over practice of my drs of 30 years. I have a strong family history of breast cancer. Dr. Ricks sent me for a mammogram, and when I had a problem she wouldn't return my calls for guidance. I was told by her staff to find a Dr that was a breast specialist and had experience in breast cancer. My previous drs luckily had already sent me to one. I had questions and was informed by her staff she wouldn't call me back. Horrible experience
